4. Refunds for Medical Treatments

Payments made toward medical procedures are typically paid directly to hospitals or healthcare providers.

5. Cancellation by Patient

6. Cancellation or Changes by Healthcare Provider
In case a hospital or doctor:

Determines you are not eligible for the procedure after evaluation
